Bruce West was an Artist-in-Residence and Professor at Lewis & Clark College between 1972 and 1997. West was the Head of the Sculpture Department from 1997-2005 and retired after 32 years at Lewis & Clark College where he remains a Professor Emeritus.
An accomplished educator and artist, Bruce West has been creating his highly original metal sculptures for nearly four decades. His work can be seen throughout the United States in public galleries and private collections including Renton Community College, City of Lake Oswego, Oregon Health & Science University, University of Oregon, Oregon State University, Salem and Portland Civic Centers.
